Scholarship and funding for M Phil in Human Geography

I am an aspirant student for Human Geography. I have a BA Economics (Honours) from North Orissa University with 49%, PG Diploma in Rural Development with a first class from Utkal University both from Odisha. Moreover I have a MA in Rural Development (63.15%) from the University of East Anglia (UK) in addition to 5 years of professional experience including two years of research experience. I have applied to many universities in the UK for a PhD an get unconditional offer from all but without a scholarship and hence decided to apply to Australia for a M Phil course instead. Is there any chance of scholarship for me?
